We started out cleaning carpets for neighbors and church friends on weekends. Word got around, and 9,400+ homes later we're still the same small crew — because the second you hire a call center, you stop knowing your customers' names.

Jeremy started this company with a used wand and a stubborn belief that people deserve to be told the truth about their carpet. He taught every one of us how to do this work right, and how to leave a house better than we found it.
