How you answer the phone: Nothing is worse than taking the time to find a service provider to spend your money with, only to have them not answer the phone or even worse answer the phone with un-professional phone skills. 2. Set the expectation: I hear lots of Carpet Cleaners complain about their Customers. Not only is that in itself wrong, but not appreciating the Customers who keep you in business will surely back fire. Allot of the complaints from Cleaners has more to do with them rather than the Customer they are complaining about.  If a Customer is upset because a certain stain did not come out, they have every right to be upset, as a carpet cleaning professional you should have set the expectation of what might and might not happen during the cleaning process. This is our job as Professionals in the business.

So while I truly believe knowing and providing great carpet cleaning services are important I also understand the person’s home who I clean is just as relevant in the long term growth of my carpet cleaning company as anyone.
